  1. Respect for the values and mission of the project, as well as respect for each participant and their contribution to the project;
  2. Signing an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) on non-disclosure of confidential information;
  3. Proof of financial capacity from a banking institution, showing the ability to cover the declared contribution, should be submitted;
  4. Signing a preliminary agreement on the intention to cooperate, provided that the amount necessary for the implementation of the project is paid by all participants and investors;
  5. Entering the company as a co-owner will be proportional to one's contribution, whether intellectual, financial, or material;
  6. Initial financial contribution to the preparation of the project in the amount of 0.5% of the declared own contribution;
  7. The project will participate in European Union funding programs and will cooperate with both government and non-governmental organizations;
  8. Planned first profits - from the 14th month from the start of construction, ready factory - 23 months from the start of construction;
  9. Planned return on investment in 3.5-4 years;
  10. Highest quality and low cost, which ensure high competitiveness of products;
  11. Constant development of technology and introduction of new products from basalt roving to the European and global markets, are made possible by our own scientific and technical laboratory, our scientific and technical team's potential, and the education of new specialists in the field of basalt composites.
